• In case the client is dissatisfied with the work results he should notice Softreactor within one week and the cost of the latest iteration will be returned to him.
• The client is able to cancel the contract within 10 working days in case he is not getting the necessary results.
• The client can change a team member free of charge. It will take from 10 to 20 days depending on his position.
• The client can have a free trial with one of the engineers to check the level of his performance and communication skills.
